Disappointing to hear, today, that , in details of the Priority Schools Building Programme ------ the government plans offer nothing to relieve pressure on Ilkley Grammar. We understand that all four of BMDC’s applications for new builds at Carlton Bolling, Belle Vue Boys, Oakbank and Samuel Lister Academy have been approved. BMDC’s application for monies for two additional new schools was not approved.

Parents and villagers will want to know now--what Bradford Council plans as a satisfactory alternative solution; to alleviate the pressure and the resulting concerns of the residents of Addingham
